SALE: FASHION & BEAUTY

>>>30 DAYS OF FASHION AND BEAUTY EVENT >>>
~~~oOo~~~
Boots is currently on their '30 days od fashion and beauty' sale promo so I thought I might as well take advantage of this opportunity to grab a few things. This promotion offers 3 for 2 on almost all of the beauty and fashion products and honestly, it was so tempting to come out with a lot more goodies but I've tried to hang on to my pennies for our London Trip in November ;)
~~~oOo~~~

The magazine comes free with every purchase at Boots using the advantage card. I needed a headband as my other one broke :( and I thought as they were on 3 for 2 offer, might as well get a few. I also took this opportunity to grab 3 pieces of lovely Bourjois make up. How did I feel after shopping? Not too guilty as I knew that I saved quite a lot plus earned a few £s worth of advantage points ;)

I love the stippling brush ! How do you find them? are they comparable to MAC? I am in love with the MAC stippling brush and I want a dupe! I will wait for your review if you have the time :D

Sis, I love my new stippling brushes just as much as I do my MAC 187. I'd recommend Laura Mercier and Jemma Kidd specially if you want to carry one in your hand bag ;)... Great for retouching powder whilst you're out as it's pretty small :D

I was also wondering the same thing as askmewhats.. which drug store stippling brush do you prefer more? R&M or Jemma Kidd's one?.. are their brush qualities as good as MAC's 187?.

Thanks for stopping by my blog Livia! Hmmm... tough question! Actually not that tough ;) I love both but I find Jemma Kidd's stippling brush being a 'handbag friendly size... I carry one with me wherever I go and I love the quality of it. In general, I prefer Jemma Kidd over R&M be it make up or tools. Having said that, I can't find any faults on R&M stippling brush... so... hmmmm... tough tough tough... Compared to MAC... MAC brushes are my favourite ever and I'd say would always be the best for me. However, they don't come cheap :( I've worked out that if I want the whole collection of MAC brushes it'll all cost me well over £700. Sorry about me babbling ;)

Hiya :)
how do you find the ruby & Millie brushes, i have a few of them that came with sets ect and they seem so scratchy, I mainly use mac. So now just use my r& ones for packing on pigment.
Also a huge fan of the Jemma Kidd stippling brush and prefer it to my mac one as its smaller handled i have more control.

Hello Elizabeth! Thank you for stopping by my blog! You're right, the R&B make up brushes are not great options if you want a good result specially with blending. I've already ditched mine... Sorry R&B! Yes, I do love my Jemma Kidd brushes and still using them :)

MAC brushes are the best ever though :)
