FOTD: FRONT COVER RAINBOW EYES

>>>FOTD/CAMWHORING: FRONT COVER RAINBOW EYES>>>

I have not been in the mood to play with my make up lately and I think it's because it's been miserable outside most of the time which in effect brings me certain degrees of low mood :(

Gosh! It's freezing outside that jumpers, scarves and gloves are coming out. As much as I love that romantic feeling that winter brings us, I can't deny that I hate being painfully cold. Why has it got be bloody freezing? Grrr!

Anyway, you're probably wondering... what has it got to do with FOTD? Exactly... none whatsoever ;) Just having a little bit of a moan ;)

This morning... as my usual mornings of being off work and get on with my parental responsibilities such as dropping my little boy at school, I don't get much time to do my make up. However, this morning, I felt like wearing colour but didn't have plenty of time to do that. I checked the time and I only had 5 minutes to do my eye make up. I had my Front Cover eye palette infront of me so I picked it up and applied a bit of eye shadow and I was off.

When I came home from Sam's school this is how I look... I thought... Yikes! I looked like death!

...so... I've decided to add more colour to give myself that 'pick me up mood' and I came up with this. I guess, I looked a bit better than I did earlier.

MAKE UP: FRONT COVER

>>>FRONT COVER EYE PALETTE>>>

I was browsing through the Christmas gift ideas at Boots when I came across this eye palette and soon as I saw it all I could say was... WOW! Since there were loads on the shelf, I thought, I'd leave it until the Christmas evening shopping event sometimes this month as I don't really need make up at the moment. However, the one week offer was just irresitible that I had to grab a piece... and 2 others ;)
~~~oOo~~~
I've never heard of this make up product but it just looked sooo exciting that I felt the need of having one :). I've been using this new palette since I got this and all I could say that it was worth that excitement... Alright alright... let's not get carried away by the way it looks... Although I'm excited about this eye palette... there's one thing that I wish it was... to be more pigmented. When I tried it in the shop it really looked very pigmented but when I tried it at home... I was a little disappointed... but then again... for how much it cost me... I can't complain really. It may not be the best eye palette but for what it's worth it was still a good buy. For someone who's always on the go... having this eye palette helps as it's got quite a lot of colours to choose from that I could create different looks without having to open numerous boxes ;)
~~~oOo~~~

Okay, you might be wondering what I'm on about so please feel free to browse through the photos below and tell me what you think :)

Unfortunately, my little Sam's arm wasn't big enough to swatch all 25 colours. So what do you think of the colours guys? Would you say that this palette is prigmented or is it only me having so much expectation on this product?

Shop update... This palette is currently out of stock... I've got a feeling that they'll get back on the shelves after the one week offer... half price and 3 for 2. The eye palette was originally priced at £30 each but becaus of the week's offer... they only cost me £30 (yes, all 3 of them) instead of £90... so great buy!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

>>>HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!!>>>

Hello guys! I hope you all are having a fantastic time!

My boyfriend took me to a Halloween night out with his friend. They planned to have theme... 'TARTS AND PIMPS WITH A TWIST' where the girls supposed to dress up as pimps and boys as tarts. I told my bf that if he ever dressed up as a tart... I won't be walking with him but behind him... I'd be the stalker ha ha ha!

Anyway, I'm glad that they decided to drop the idea. I know it's all about having fun but I do draw the line of what I call 'fun'... Killjoy, I heared someone say ;)

Anyway, I thought I'd share a few photos taken before we went out to meet everyone :)

I wore my new Front Cover eye palette for the night. I'd be posting it soon. Watch this space :)

The dress I wore... Another Primark grab. For £12 I think it is a lovely dress.

The Outfit:
Dress: Primark £12
Tights: Boots £5
Shoes: Prada £485

As I was getting myself ready, I heard my intercom buzzz and so I thought... 'Who on earth is it, this time of the night?'. So I answered my intercom and it was my neighbour who's about in his late 40s or early 50s said he was trick or treating. I was gonna send my bf down as I was still in my dressing grown but I let him in anyway. Oh my gosh! My neighbour was wearing a skeleton outfit and carrying a little bucket for his sweets and a box of eggs. Now, you don't want to miss around with someone who's carrying a box of fresh eggs on Halloween night so I dashed for my kitchen and just managed to find a bag of sweets. Phew! That was close! So next ime, I'll make sure I've got some sweets ready for occasions like that.
What about you? How did you celebrate your Halloween night? Or day?
